Reserving Your Appointment
When reserving an appointment all guests are required to provide valid credit card information to hold the reservation. Your card WILL NOT be charged unless a no show or late cancellation/reschedule occurs. Your credit card information is securely stored through Square card processing.
Rescheduling/Canceling Reservations
Please reschedule or cancel your reserved appointment 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations/reschedules will be charged a $50 fee, No shows will be charged the full service price.
Are you going to be late?
If you are going to be a few minutes late please text/call... we will try to accommodate you. Your service may need to be shortened as to not inconvenience guests following your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule and will be charged a late cancellation/reschedule fee.
